The WG 53-1000-2 granulator from Weckenmann is the ideal  machine for the granulation of production waste from the processing of plastic materials. It is suitable for the granulation of profiles, heavy gauge sheet, injection moulding and deep-draw parts, also thin walled pipes.

The granulator makes a good impression by having a very high through-put rate of up to 1,200 kgs/hr. The housing can be fully opened hydraulically without tools, permitting quick access to screens, general maintenance and  clean down, further highlights are ground material removal by sifting as well as ground material dust removal.
